I just moved to Alaska so it’s been 22 hours of daylight. That has been a big adjustment. Sometimes I go at 10pm when it’s already the next day for the “lower 48” and sometimes I’m up till 1am lol! I wake up no later than 8am no matter what time I fall asleep!
